Our founder is a Lead Solutions Architect and product leader with over a decade of experience designing data strategy, API platforms, and large-scale system integrations across regulated industries — including defense aviation, aerospace, and global eCommerce.
That work centered on a single discipline: turning fragmented, high-stakes data environments into secure, interoperable architectures — and leading the cross-functional teams required to deliver them.
At DCM, that same discipline is applied to the most fractured data environment of all: the criminal justice system. The result is the TrueNorth Statute Engine — an API-driven, CJIS-aligned middleware platform built to connect courts, law enforcement, and municipal IT.
